Vaccine defender tries to turn the tables – what a lethal embarrassment

Dr. Paul Offit, staunch vaccine defender/promoter, who has made a lot of money from vaccine development (rotovirus, etc.) and who also happens to be the Director of the Vaccine Education Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and who was on the ACIP* committee when ACIP* voted to add his vaccine to the childhood vaccine schedule, (conflict of interest anyone??!), writes a New York Times opinion piece warning that in a ‘desperate political move’ Trump could try to release a covid19 vaccine in October as a surprise, without the vaccine being testing for safety and efficacy.  In a hilarious lie, he says:

….as if this would be the first time that a vaccine (covid19 in this case) was ever approved without such stringent measures???
No, no vaccine EVER, not just since the 1950s, has been tested in a placebo-controlled trial.
Dr. Offit is sadly out of date — the HHS federal agency of the USA confirmed at least a year ago that — no, no vaccine has ever been tested against a placebo: see page 14 – https://www.icandecide.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/ICAN-Reply-1.pdf
Just goes to show you really have to study up to not fall prey to this level of madness.
Hope you enjoyed this edition of ‘some ‘priests’ in white doctor coats are lying…and I say ‘priests’ because we believe what they say as if it had come from the pope himself.
Why do I call this a ‘lethal embarrassment’?   Because Dr. Paul Offit is continuing this lie — telling parents that the vaccines injected into their children HAVE been tested against a placebo, when in reality, these vaccines have not, and they are killing and disabling millions of children all over the world.
Read the fascinating and tragic story of Dr. Paul Offit’s rotovirus vaccine and his conflict of interest with Merck and ACIP: – https://www.ageofautism.com/2009/01/dr-paul-offit-fox-in-a-henhouse-the-acip-years-1998-2003.html

*ACIP decides which vaccines are safe enough to be mandated for all children (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices).

Locked away inside a single page on the CDC website, the ACIP is described as:

“15 experts in fields associated with immunization who have been selected by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide advice and guidance to the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary for Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the control of vaccine-preventable diseases. The Committee develops written recommendations for the routine administration of vaccines to children and adults in the civilian population; recommendations include age for vaccine administration number of doses and dosing interval, and precautions and contraindications. The ACIP is the only entity in the federal government that makes such recommendations. [emphasis added].”
